2023 Annual Congress of the IIPF

The 79th Annual Congress of the International Institute of Public Finance took place at Utah State University in Logan, USA, from August 14-16, 2023.

The Local Organizing Committee was chaired by Professors Katarzyna Bilicka and T. Scott Findley.

The Scientific Committee was chaired by Professors Lucie Gadenne (Queen Mary University of London, UK) and Robert D. Metcalfe (University of Southern California, USA).


The theme of the keynote speeches - delivered by B. Douglas Bernheim (Stanford), Joana Naritomi and Johannes Spinnewijn (both LSE) -and of the rising star panel was "Behavioral Public Finance".

Selected papers from the 2023 IIPF Congress will be published in a special issue of International Tax and Public Finance.
